The Psychology of Creativity

The Psychology of Creativity

One of my paintings that means a lot to me represents how easy it is to lose yourself—but also how possible it is to find yourself again. The figure in the artwork shows someone inside her own mind, searching for who she truly is. It symbolizes that while we all go through moments of confusion or disconnection, the journey back to self-understanding is always within reach. I layered various shades of blue to reflect the cool, shifting emotions of confusion and the gentle rebirth that follows it.

“Creativity for Comfort”

I create art therapy kits for children to help them ease stress and anxiety, giving them a safe creative outlet where their minds can slow down and their emotions can breathe. Each kit is donated to the Art4Hearts foundation, where it becomes a small moment of comfort, healing, and hope for a child who needs to feel understood and supported. Knowing that something I made can help a child feel lighter even for a moment means everything to me.
