Welcome to a space where art and psychology come together. Each piece is inspired by emotion, connection, and the mind showing how creativity can heal, express what words cannot, and help us understand ourselves on a deeper level. “The World Within Her”

This painting blends a woman’s face with a vibrant, abstract world map to show the beauty of global diversity. The colors and butterflies symbolize growth, identity, and connection. Inspired by psychology, it reflects how our minds are shaped by different cultures and reminds us to see the world with empathy and openness.

“Hope in Unity”

I was honored to be chosen to create the cover art for my school’s yearbook. I designed this piece to reflect how COVID reminded us that true strength comes from unity. Even in the most challenging moments, we stayed hopeful and supported one another and that togetherness is what carried us through.

“Walk With Me”

This painting shows how nature and connection support our well-being. In psychology, walking together in green spaces reduces stress and strengthens emotional bonds, symbolizing calm, growth, and support.

“Measured by Expectations”

This artwork represents the pressure many people feel about their bodies. The measuring tape wrapped around the girl symbolizes how tightly society’s standards can control us, making us judge ourselves through unrealistic expectations. In psychology, negative body image can affect self-esteem, mental health, and the way we see our worth especially in young adults. By showing her looking at her reflection, this piece reflects the constant battle between who we are and who we think we need to be reminding us that real confidence comes from self-acceptance, not measurements.

“The Power of Touch”

This painting of two hands reaching toward each other represents connection and healing. In psychology, even small moments of connection reduce stress, build trust, and support emotional well-being. The soft sky and light symbolize hope and the power of reaching out to others.

Art and psychology meet here to express emotion, inspire healing, and reflect the mind in visual form.
